    Hi there,

    Like some recent reports I see it appears that tracking information is no longer appearing on the order emails. The settings have not changed and all looks normal otherwise. We don’t use any customiser plugin for emails either.

    Any suggestions on what it could be?

    Hi @torlockc,

    In the customer view option add the Shipped and Partially Shipped order status email and check again the Shipped and Partially Shipped order status email.
