    Hi there,

I recently edited the CSS on my site through the child-theme, however the changes were not applied, even though I tried to clear the entire cache from the Litespeed cache plugin.

I thought the CSS changes would be applied in a few days but 1 week has passed and still no changes have been applied.
This affects desktop and mobile browsers, on desktop I have to clear cache from browser to see the changes.

I’ve tried deactivating LiteSpeed Cache plugin and browsers all show the latest CSS version with the changes. Please see the screenshot via the link below, my website with the LS Cache plugin disabled (left image) and with LS Cache enabled (right image).

    Thank you.

    Hi,

After examining your report, I think the problem is that you should have excluded “/wp-content/plugins/kk-star-ratings/public/css/kk-star-ratings.css” just as you’ve excluded “/wp-content/plugins/kk-star-ratings/public/js/kk-star-ratings.js”, because you cannot have two plugins handling the minification of the same css/js file.

    Regards.

    Hi @tenkstars,

I removed “/wp-content/plugins/kk-star-ratings/public/js/kk-star-ratings.js” from the excluded list, purge cache and nothing seems to change ??

    Hi,

if you disable CSS minify and CSS combine, purge all , how will that go ?

    Best regards,

    Hi @qtwrk,

I have disabled CSS minify and CSS combine, and disabled almost all CSS related features but some CSS changes are still not applied.

now that’s weird , because I don’t see anything else could affect this

please try the default setting then

    Hi @qtwrk,

When I set it back to the default settings, the CSS changes seem to have been properly applied.

But I try changing the CSS again (for testing), then purge all caches and they still don’t apply right away ??

please try obtain which option causes it

Everything is fine for now, thank you very much.
I’ll try to find out later, because I’ve been editing CSS recently so I just discovered, before that everything seemed to be working fine for me.
