    QuizMaker always adds one empty question to my quiz, and so I can never get 100%. How do I stop this happening?

    Also, have changed whether the results should show on each question page back to no, but still showing.

    Hi @andimorto,

    Thank you for the topic.

    I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
    It is not normally a common issue for us and this kind of case mustn’t have occurred.

    We don’t add an empty question (questions) from our side.
    Only those questions which are added to the General tab of the particular quiz are being displayed on the Front-end.

    We have checked and noticed that when the Start button is clicked, the quiz starts from the second question.
    Most presumably, the issue comes from this. That is why the score is not displayed as 100%.

    Please go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > General tab and check whether 20 questions are added or not and whether there is a problem there or not.

    Besides this, please take the screenshots of the General tab and send them to us so that we can check the issue and help you as soon as possible.

    Hi, after some further investigation today I noticed that QuizMaster makes the blank question if you click “Save and Close”, but not if you just click “Save” and then go to a different screen. Perhaps that is something your team can investigate?

    We have checked and didn’t notice any problem in this regard. Everything works fine on our end.
    The empty question is not being added both in case of clicking on the Save and Save and Close buttons.

    Thanks for looking into this. Seems to be ok since update. I’ll let you know if it happens again.
