[user_email] and other Shortcodes Not Working

    Hi,

    [user_email] and other shortcodes are being displayed as [user_email] instead of the actual emails.

    ([reset_pass_url] doesn’t work, only [reset_url])

    Pease advise.

    The reset_url/reset_pass_url issue has been fixed with the 5.0.4 update. Only [reset_pass_url] should be used moving forward.

    I was not able to replicate the issue where the [user_email] tags doesn’t render. In what textarea have you been trying to use the template tag?
