    Hello,

    I tried to set the order tracking number and marked it as ‘shipped’ and ‘Partially Shipped’, the customer has been received the email but the tracking info seems to not appear.

    How could I solve this?

    Hi @mahoofarah,

    In the customer view option add the Shipped and Partially Shipped order status email and check again the order status email.

    I have this same problem. Adding the “partially shipped” options did not resolve it. Is there another fix?

    Hello,

    We checked the ‘Shipped’ and ‘Partially Shipped’ order status emails and tracking information added in both emails.
    Do you use any email customizer plugin?

    After updating the customer view everything is working correctly.
