Very angry about support and service

Unfortunately after 4 weeks starting payment via MOLLIE
The support stopped the payouts to us and requested, again, documents and information we already provided.
This verification take more than 8 weeks! Over 10.000 Euro still pending at MOLLIE and we could pay out invoice, hat e best customers canceled orders etc…
MOLLIE make more trouble and the support angry because of ?unprofessional answers!
No-trust level 100%… and MOLLIE claimed 300,- Euro for ?unpaid money“ this is crime!
And still support doesn’t answer about our questions or claims
