Incorrect Order Number sent to Amazon

A client is using this plugin on their site in conjunction with the Sequential Order Numbers Pro plugin from WooCommerce.com. In the older version of the plugin, the custom order numbers (in their case, prefixed with a “D”) were correctly being sent to Amazon. Since updating to v2, the internal post ID number is being sent instead. How can we get the correct Order ID sent to Amazon so their accounting lines up properly?
