Cookieyes not in the CPM List equals not compliant to Europe’s policys??

    hello

    I wanted to check why is this pluggin so popular if it’s not listed on the CPM list of pluggins that pass the compliance checks required by IAB Europe’s CMP Compliance Programme… which means it’s not compliant??
