Cloning events with tickets

    Hello,

    We often have recurring events that we would like to plan with the eventscalendar. What we recently bumped into is that when the first event of the series has passed, the tickets on all of the events for that series dissapear. We have seen on the roadmap that you guys are currently working to solve this. Can you give me an indication on when this will be fixed?

    For the time being we will try to accomplish this by cloning events. Here we run into the problem that when we clone an event, the ticket for that event is not being cloned. Can we fix this for the time being with a plugin or addon you know of? I have seen on the roadmap that this is also something you are working on. Is it known when you guys will natively support cloning events with tickets?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    The article you mentioned is available here, with an update about The Events Calendar 6.0 Beta

    More information on cloning events is available here, however, tickets are not supported on recurring events, and they won’t be supported initially even on 6.0. It will still be some time before Event Tickets are supported on these, but at this point, we don’t have an official release date.

    For any other issues with recurring events, please open a ticket via our premium support, as these forums are only for support with the free version of The Events Calendar.
