Glitch as column hits next section

On my page I used the sticky effect on the left hand side columns. Unfortunately when you slowly scroll down and a column with the sticky effect hits the next section, it starts to glitch and get all shakey. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
