[events_list category=”X”] Shortcode for event list from category not working

    Hi,
    I’m triying to create a list of events of a single category. I try [events_list category=”1″], but it doesn’t work.
    Could you help me?

    could it be because of the double-quote character encoding?

    e.g.

    [events_list category="1"]

    instead of

    [events_list category=”1″]
