Automatic redirections from other common sitemaps URLs

    I’ve noticed that SEOPress doesn’t make automatic redirections from some popular sitemaps URLs as other plugins do.

    SEOPress have an automatic redirection from sitemap.xml to sitemaps.xml but not for:

    • WordPress native sitemap URL – wp-sitemap.xml
    • Yoast & AIOSP sitemap URL – sitemap_index.xml

    Other SEO plugins do these redirections, that are really useful to users and crawlers, and prevent the urgent need to update the Google Search Console sitemap URL when changing to SEOPress.

    It would be a great feature to include in SEOPress ??
