    Hi,

    I’ve got this note on the first order through my shop

    “Validation error: PayPal IPN response from a different email address (…). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”

    But the payment went through, so why’s the status box set to being on hold?

    Did the customer get the links for the downloads or not?

    How do I stop this issues from happening again?
