    Can I create a web story that displays in full screen mode on a large monitor as well as fitting on mobile device – see the link for an example of what I would like to do

    Hello and thanks for your question. Currently this is not possible from the Web Stories plugin. There is an open GitHub issue for this feature request for this which you can follow for updates.
