    Hi,

The Configurable Minimum Products Bundle is 1 by default. And it is not possible to set to 0.

By default, my product bundle already contains a default product (the bundle name). I would therefore like to give the customer the choice to take only this product without necessarily taking another optional. And therefore be able to set the minimum limit to 0.

    Can I configure this?

(p.s: I tried to contact support directly via their form but the form returns “System Status Report is invalid or unsupported”)

    Best regards,
    Guillaume

  • Hi @guillaumeae2!

It sounds like when trying to contact support, you are entering something in the System Status Report box, which is not a Status Report.

In this case, please go to WooCommerce > Status, select the Get system report button and then click Copy for support. Then, paste it into the System Status Report box in the ticket form.

Once you do this, you should be able to send your request.

While we’re experts on our products, third-party plugins are best supported by their developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).

It is why I recommend you create a ticket here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    I hope this helps!
