Commercial Properties not importing

    Currently having an issue where none of the Commercial properties are being important via the Alto import. I have enabled the Commercial department in the General Settings and have assigned the Commercial Availability / Property Type values (although it looks as though it may not be recognising any of the Property Type values as there is only 1 to choose).

    I have confirmed with the client that they should have a few commercial properties listed on the site, and they are corrected designated under the Commercial type. An example of one such property can be seen here: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/114109928#/?channel=RES_BUY

    Hi Rory,

    The property sent through as an example in the email just isn’t in the data from Vebra at all, let alone with the wrong ‘database’ attribute.

    I’m afraid, as a result, this is more of a question for Vebra as to how to get the property included in the feed. If it’s sent, we’ll import it.

    Hi Steve,

    After doing a screenshare with the client it seems like the issue is likely because the properties are associated with a different Branch on the Alto account. Do you know if it’s possible to import properties from multiple branches onto the account / is this something I’ll need to bring up with Alto?

    Hi Rory,

    We don’t apply any branch-constraints when importing data so I wonder if this is done at the Alto end.

    If it’s a completely different account in Alto with a different set of API details you can setup multiple imports to run simultaneously by navigating to ‘Property Hive > Import Properties’ and going through the step-by-step wizard again to create a new/another import.
