I thought this was promising but Video chat is charged at $0.003 / minute / member. This gets expensive very quickly.

    Say there are on average 10 members video chatting across 24 hours, that is 10 x 24 x 60 x $0.003 = $43.2 On a monthly basis this becomes = $43.2 x 30 = $1,296 !!!

I feel so sad for these guys, product is good, integrates with BuddyPress, but has zero chance of making it due to the exorbitant pricing structure.

If bandwidth is a pricing factor, once the initial handshake has been made, why not connect video endpoints directly, this is HTML5 afterall right? That would eliminate bandwidth/network costs.

I’ll check back maybe in a year … tata.

Where did you see this? I don’t see any charge per video call? Is this for the free version?

Hi! Thank you for your enquiry. Could you please answer some questions, for us to to offer you the best solution.
What price do you consider to be acceptable?
What analogues have you compared us with?
Are they cheaper then our variant?
Your calculations are correct. But on the On-Premise tariff, you do not need to pay for video calls separately, video calls will be limited only by the capacity of your server
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.
    Thanks again
