transactions failing for no reason

    I haven’t had any downloads for quite some time, which is odd.
    I noticed that the last customer had a FAILED TRANSACTION. They persisted, and in the end were able to make the payment.

    I suspect that many other potential buyer did not wait or try again.

    I have just tested it myself – and likewise, my transaction was rejected with the error note:

    “An error has occurred. Please try again later or try an alternative method of payment”.

    I use your Square extension.

    I should have checked it much earlier as it looks like I have missed out on several sales.

    Could you please advise ASAP what is the problem and how to fix it. Is the issue with WC or with Square?

    UPDATE ***

    I checked my order details – and there was a note that the order has failed as the amount was too low. I was testing with just $0.99 – apparently there is a minimum of $1.00.

    I tested it again with $1.00 and was able to process the payment.
