PAID! Pass Email address from DB to End User

I am passing dynamic end user data to postie. Each URL that is posted is unique to the end user. I need to email that end user upon post of their URL. So I must grab the end user email address from incoming template (post) data and then email the URL to the end user.

* The end users reside in Vtiger, not in WordPress. I can pass the email address to wordpress already. But wordpress needs to email the URL to the email address that is contained in the post it receives.

Anyone? Any idea how to accomplish this?
