Forbidden message on downloads

    All downloads are giving the following message

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    Hi @gdadv,

    Thanks for reaching out!
    Do you have the latest version of the plugin? Can you please go to Downloads > Settings -> Advanced -> Miscellaneous and clear transients ?
    Please let me know if this fixes it.

    Hello @gdadv ,

    If the redirects still happen after doing what Mihaela suggested, then it might be a known bug that happens in some scenarios. The dev team is already working on a solution for that and an update will be delivered shortly.

    Clearing the transients solved the issue.

    @mplusb – The issue has returned and clearing the transients is not fixing the issue.
