I’m trying to change the color in the Customizer in the “Single Doc” category. The “Content Area Background Color” can be made transparent, but unfortunately there is a white front behind it, so that a custom background is no longer visible but the white color. It is a little bit surprising that it works with the other settings but not with this one.

    BetterDocs version: 1.9.7
    Wordpress version: 5.8.1

    Greetings Lorias

    Hi @lorias ,

    Hope you’re doing good!
I can see that one of our support agents replied to your support ticket in our support channel on the same day. It’s possible the email was bounced: https://d.pr/i/DG0DRP

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyway, can you please give me your page URL here now so that I can check and assist you with this?

    Thank you!

    Hi @abidhasan112,

Currently the site is in “maintenance mode” so our users cannot access it. I’ve put two screenshots of the problem below, don’t be surprised, some colors are chosen weirdly for testing purposes. The error is really visible, at the post “ELEMENTOR #978”, if you clicked on it. There is this described white to see, which it is. The first screenshot shows the layout of the page as it should normally be, with the transparent background and the ship in the background. On the left side I also screenshotted the settings for the background, if it should be relevant. There you can also see on which of the pages I am. If it is nevertheless wanted, I will create an account, with which one can look at the problem

    Hi @lorias ,

This page template is not getting from your theme because we’ve made our own built-in page for BetterDocs.

Since BetterDocs built-in documentation page used the default color, you need to set the solid color instead of the transparent color like this: https://d.pr/i/0RbNe1

    Hope you understand!
    Thank you!

I am aware that I have to take these. However, I had hoped that BetterDocs would offer the possibility and variety to change such settings as well. It offers more ingenuity for the pages and provides a friendlier feeling that is conveyed.

I would like to thank you for your help and have a pleasant day.

    Hi @lorias ,

We have this functionality with Elementor Theme Builder actually. From your screenshot, I can see that you’re using Elementor plugin.

You can check this doc from here: https://betterdocs.co/docs/single-doc-in-elementor/

However, it’s a PRO feature. As per WordPress Org policy, let’s not talk about PRO feature here. You can contact us from here: support[at]wpdeveloper[dot]net

    Thank you!
