    I purchased the theme and set it up. It broke my site quickly even after adjusting from the live preview. I worked on it for a while but as I did things kept disappearing like the footer and then even above the footer. I would fix one thing and another would disappear.

    I had to restore my site as I was losing a lot of money while it was down. I then requested the 100% money-back guarantee and they said they would send it to tier 2 never to hear from them again.

    As an influencer, I am spreading the word that the guarantee is fake. I plan to make lots of videos detailing this as well. If you put a promise on the site, you should abide by it.

    Here are a few technical things we would like to suggest.

    • When you install a new theme to an existing site, customizer values and widgets do not automatically migrate to a new theme. You have to adjust the customizer and widgets again. Existing widgets moved to Inactive Widgets Sections on Appearance => Widgets, you can put them in appropriate Sidebars Areas.
    • Every theme has its customizer settings, which you can find on Appearance => Customize, after you set up a new theme you have to always look at it and set it up according to the new theme settings.
