Duplicate ID if form started by different users

Hi,

In general, this plugin works great for me. However, one issue that I’ve come across is that if 2 users (on different computers) each start a form (without yet submitting), they each have the same submission ID assigned. Then if both submit without refreshing, they each get assigned the same submission ID. Is there a way to refresh the counter so that when a form is submitted, it’s always unique?
