Features suggestion

Hi,

Great plugin. I have been using it for quite some time for my own sites and also recommended to others.

This is not a support request for a specific issue but rather a suggestion for two features. I checked your github repo and it seems to be focused on technical issues rather than feature requests so I thought it was best to write here. If that’s not the case please let me know what is the most appropriate channel to submit feedback/features requests.

So, based on using the plugin in different hosting environments and with different type of sites, I believe it would be quite useful:

1) to allow setting max execution time and max job retries for each job rather than a global setting.
That would allow for greater flexibility when setting different types of backup jobs.

2) to allow selecting the error threshold for sending emails.
Currently when the option to receive emails only in case of errors is selected, it will be sent out even if only “WARNING” (and no actual errors) are present and the job completes succesfully.
The most typical case I encountered is when backing up to Dropbox or FTP, where it can happen that WARNING is triggered by a timeout but then the backup is resumed and completes succesfully.
