I’m trying to understand why I spent almost an hour with Woo Commerce support who in turn did not help resolve this issue because they seemed just as confused too. After setting up Jet Pack in a Woo Commerce site, only one WordPress (WP) account holder can access the Woo app, because their WP account is connected to the shop. I am unable to add other WP accounts. This seems to be very troubling as most stores have several employees who would need to access the App. Even on the App page, there is NO language written about multiple users. Kindly advise.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there

Your site appears to have only one connected WordPress.com user. Each user who wants to use the app will need to log into the site and link their account on the site to their WordPress.com account via the Jetpack > Dashboard menu.

Thanks for the response. There is nowhere on the Dashboard to link another account. Under Account connection, there is Log in to the WordPress mobile app. It says Send Link but I never receive it. Kindly advise, thanks.

    Hello @drewdrewchristophercom,

Can you share a screenshot of what you have described, so we can see what you see at your end? You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.

Let’s also try connecting another WordPress.com via the following flow:

    – go to your Jetpack Dashboard
    – under ConnectionsAccount Connection click on the “Connect your WordPress.com account link:
    https://www.shop.bestbuddies.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard

    ![screenshot](https://cloudup.com/cZMtYr8WVgM+)
    Direct image link: https://cloudup.com/cZMtYr8WVgM

I hope you can find that in your dashboard!
Let me know how it goes if you get stuck at any step, just let us know and we’ll be glad to help.

I think I understand the issue. It appears you have to disconnect a user’s WordPress account in WordPress and then re-add another WordPress account? So you can’t add multiple WordPress accounts under Connections? If this is the case, how is this APP productive for a Shop with a lot of employees with different emails and WP accounts if they can’t access the app at the same time with their Shop emails? I was under the impression multiple WordPress accounts could be added within the connections area.

    Hi there.

You’re right that you will only see a single account under the Connections section in Jetpack > Dashboard. This is the site’s primary Jetpack connection. So you can only use the link there to log into the app using that account.

However, any other admin on your site can connect to their WordPress.com account by signing into their account on your site and then clicking the ‘Connect your WordPress.com account’ link in Jetpack > Dashboard.

They won’t be able to use the login link under ‘Connections’ but they can log directly into the WooCommerce app using their WordPress.com login and they will see your site under their connected stores.

    Hope that helps!
