    Hello everyone,

I’m currently getting an undesirable row. on my woocommerce order confirmation e-mails that is sent to my customers.

I’m not sure if it has to be done through the “email-order-details.php” file or through the “e-mail-order-items.php” one. Need help as my php knowledge is very scarse.

I believe the element I have to edit is “wc_get_email_order_items” but I’m not 100% sure.

If you need more info, please let me know and thanks in advance for the help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I found an untested but helpful guide regarding this on stack overflow. Before you use the code(s) provided, I recommend taking a backup of your site to avoid issues.

    Hi Oyadeyi,

Thanks a lot for your comment. I’ve had a look on the thread and it does look like the issue I’m having. However it seems like it wasn’t a definitive solution as the snippet provided had a bug.

Another issue is, this level of coding is too advanced for me as I previously mentioned my php knowledge is very basic.

Having said that, I’ll go through the post you’ve shared again and I’ll do my best to get it sorted.

    Thanks.
    Kind regards.

    Hi @fabs1,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Be sure to backup your site and database as recommended by Oaoyadeyi before trying that snippet. I hope it will work, but if you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
