Paypal Adding Shipping Cost

    Simple shopping cart. If I add 1 item, Paypal shows $0.00 for shipping. Once I add a second or 3rd item, paypal charges $13.00 for priority shipping. We have the shipping included in the cost of the item. We don’t want Paypal calculating the shipping. How do we stop this?
