He was so patient and walked me through the process, answering my many questions. I was impressed that he did this for someone simply trialing the product and not someone who had purchased it. His patient, supportive response was memorable and now I hold that as an expectation from other companies we connect with. I felt the entire customer service experience–not just the widget–was accessibility based.
