To start, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response, as it’s possible that your theme overrides the email file, which would be this:

/woocommerce/emails/admin-new-order.php

If so, you’ll want to either remove the override, or edit it so that it works properly. If the override is using an outdated template file, the information here should help: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/

The report doesn’t seem to show any issues.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Hi, the problem seems to have been solved.

Following a guide found on the site I bought my current theme from, I added this snippet. After having that problem with the order notes, I thought I would delete it. The problem seems to have been resolved. The snippet in question was this:

Could this have been the cause of the problem? Maybe it was blocking the css of the woocommerce blocks and the order notes maybe fall under those blocks?
