I cant customize my checkout page

    Its my new website, so everything is latest version.

    I cannot customize my checkout page, I’ve added billing address and shipping address for clients, but the page is not going to show both options, only billing.

    I’ve tried to change the setting from woocommerce > shipping option > address, I tried 3 options, they are not working at all.

    I need to know why it happens, because my other websites are working fine, only this new site, which is not working at all.

    Hey @jgh66g that doesn’t look right indeed.

    A few questions:

    • Could you share your system status report, found under WooCommerce > Status?
    • Do you use the same theme on your other sites? If not, could you temporarily try another theme like Storefront?
    • On the cart page, I also don’t see anything shipping related, is that disabled to do calculations there? Or is it possible that your products are set to be “virtual”?

    From your requests, i checked my shipping option, the cart page must show the shipping fee, because I enable it. However, it doesn’t show any shipping fee.

    I think i found the solution.

    Because it is a new site, so I didn’t set up the shipping zone, after I selected a few countries, the shipping option is showing up,
