    Hi @zisho,

looks like your site couldn’t access a file that is used in the customizer import file.

Please contact your WP theme’s support and show them this error. They should be able to look into this issue and resolve the file problem.

    Take care!

I am the theme author. and customizer file exists. all other files( content.xml, customizer.dat, redux.json, and widgets.wie ) are in the same folder. and if I remove the code to add customizer.dat file. The import system runs and imports everything else. but the problem is only with the customizer.dat file.

Unable to load customizer.dat file only.

also please let me know about server requirements to import demo data.

    Hi @zisho,

I think this could be a file permission issue for the customizer.dat file or your server does not allow to download a .dat file.

Please verify that the customizer.dat file has the same permissions and ownership as other import files.

Are you hosting these import files on your server or are you pulling them from your theme folder?

    Take care!

    HELLO!
I think pulling from a theme file, unless I made a mistake.
Yes the file has the same ownership as others.
    thanks

    Hi,

Did you use the special “local” import parameters when defining the predefined demo imports?

Please take a look at this doc section. You’ll see the parameters for each import type have “local_” prefix for their array keys.

This will just read the import file and not “download” it again.

    Take care!
