    Hi guys,

They have recommended me to change my SEO plugin on my website, plus I’ve read excellent reviews from your plugin. I’ve installed your plugin on my Staging environment to make sure I make the right migration first. I set up the plugin using the easy method to import the SEO data from the two plugins I’m using at the moment, Yoast and Redirection. It seemed that it worked, but when I checked the pages and posts it doesn’t have any SEO data, additionally the redirections don’t work either.

Is this because I’ve installed it in a Staging environment? I guess, it also should’ve worked, right?

I’d appreciate it if you guys could please help me with this.

    Best regards

    Hi again,

I uninstalled and installed the plugin again, and now it seems that it has imported the Yoast data correctly. However, the Redirection plugin data is not imported. When I go to RankMath – Redirections is empty. Also, when I go to the live staging website and I click on the old links the appear as not found, which tells me the redirection is not working because the data wasn’t imported.

    How can fix this?

    Hello @josueardon,

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

If the setup wizard did not import the redirections, you can do so from the Import/Export tab by following this guide:
    https://rankmath.com/kb/import-redirection-plugin-data/#num-1-open-import-export

    Hope that helps.
