  • Hello,
    I do not know what happened the site worked normally, then all of a sudden a first problem and appeared:

    Importing my product sheets, the product sheets were visible in the store, but no longer in the dashboard, when I clicked on the product.

    And now once in the dashboard as soon as I click on a function I get the following message:

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    I don’t know what to do I wouldn’t want to have to reinstall everything

    Bonjour, Je ne sais pas ce qui c’est passé le site fonctionné normalement, puis tout d’un coup un premier problème et apparu :

    Importation de mes fiches produits, les fiches produits étais visible dans la boutique, mais plus dans le tableau de bord, quand je cliquais sur le produit.

    Et maintenant une fois dans le tableau de bord dès que je clique sur une fonction, j’ai le message suivant :

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access this resource.

    je ne sais quoi faire je ne voudrais pas être obligé de tout réinstaller le site

    Your website opens fine for me.

    Are you having problem logging in to the admin ?

    If so, try:
    – manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
    – If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    merci de votre aide mais non, je ne rencontre pas de problèmes pour me connecter à l’administrateur.
    Mais une fois connecté au tableau de bord, je n’ai plus accès a rien à chaque fois que je clique sur un menu, j’ai le message Forbiden.

    J’ai déjà essayé de déactiver les plugins, mais cela n’a rien changer.

    je vais essayé de renommez le répertoire de mon thème.

    I neutralized the plugins, but that does not change anything, I neutralized my theme, but I end up with a fatal error, I am not sure if I kept the default theme.

    J’ai neutralisé les plugins, mais cela ne change rien, j’ai neutralisé mon thème, mais je me retrouve avec une erreur fatale par contre, je ne suis pas s?r d’avoir conservé le thème par défaut.
