Products with variants

Hello, I want to make it so that when you choose the variants that you want, lets say price 203 – 237 would change to 237 and there would be no other price on the page (see picture below) and if there is nothing chosen then the price stays at 203 – 237. How can I do that? I hope you understand what I’m trying to say here.
