Dont open till form online order

  • Hi I have a pos plugin openpos and the til opens for transactions onsite but it also opens form online ordered in the store. any way we can disable it from opening just form online orders?

    pls help is there a code alteration that will not make the till open from online orders and only form pos ???

    Since we don’t have or develop the POS extension you are using, I am honestly not sure how to do this or if it’s possible.

    Our extension only knows that there is an order, it doesn’t know how that order was triggered, so adapting the printing logic depending on the origin of that order can’t be done in any standard way.

    You will need to find a way to differentiate orders by examining the order object hat our extension uses to generate the print job. I would guess that the most likely place to find this difference would be in the order metadata. So if you enable printing of all metadata (including hidden) via the settings for our plugin, and then print some test orders from both the POS and online, then hopefully that will reveal a way to differentiate POS orders.
