Security bug – sites using this plugin can be hacked…

Yep. Removed it from all of our sites. Especially since there has been no response from dev.

It was fixed way before Wordfence released it to the public.

Plugin is still not working and you are not updating it … i had Premium version for years and I would love to have it again .. but it have to work and you have to reply to your customers!

At least it confirms that the plugin hasn’t been abandoned. That’s good news.

But as a premium user for over 5 years, I’m still very disappointed with the lack of support in recent times.

I too was fed up with the poor support! So I switched to FS Poster.

A better plugin with great service.

@supertrooper2 how do you like FS Poster? Been thinking about cancelling my Pro Plugin for SNAP due to the lack of support and switching.

I switched to FS Poster at the beginning of this year and have never looked back after frustration with Nextscripts.

The FS Poster service is outstanding with replies to support requests often the same day. I.e. within a few hours.

Although there is a free version of FS Poster on the WordPress directory you will need to purchase the PRO version, which is a one time payment. I.e. you do not have to renew your subscription every year.

@supertrooper2 but even FS PosterPRO does NOT collect the comments from your post and import them back into WordPress. Therefore, it is useless except for spamming FB…

@bibliata depends on what you need it for .. it works like a charm to us ..

We are long term users of SNAP but willing to try a new thing if does this:

1. Can FS PosterPRO _AUTO_ post each new post from WP to FB group?
2. Can it then collect comments from these posts and import them back into WP?

We were using SNAP for few years and abandoned plugin was a disaster for me, running small events site.
We found FS poster few months ago, bought premium and now we are posting our events (CPT) to FB, Twitter and Instagram, without any additional work – it just sits there and wait for new added posts (CPT) and publishes them in background ??

I admit, I didn’t see the option of importing comments back to WP as we don’t need this feature.
