• We’re trying to connect using Facebook plugin, but keep getting the message, “an error occurred after fetching user access token. Application does not have permission for this action. Code OAuthException code 10 error_subcode 3359001. After it says its done connecting WordPress to Facebook. If there’s a way to attach images in this forum, I could provide a LOT more info. Also, we did find this little tidbit:

(“***ATTENTION: After upgrade the plugin may be deactivated due to a known issue, to workaround please refresh this page and activate plugin.*** The Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that helps you measure the effectiveness of your advertising. You can use the Facebook pixel to understand the actions people are taking on your website and reach audiences you care about)

.., but not sure of the context of when and where to try this workaround or if its relevant. We are working with Facebook tech, but they said they need you guys to advise on this error so their WordPress resources can run with it. Please advise.

    Anyone?

Did you ever find a solution for this? I seem to have the same error occuring and facebook help has been horrible.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t a WordPress issue as I went through nearly every possibility of what could be wrong. Reset the site to backups.

What’s odd is I had it working but, had to reset the plugin as I made a mistake for an option selection. Once I tried to set it up again I now have this error and I’ve now tried 50 plus times to get it back working.

    Hopefully you found a solution.
