Let me set page load default to Collapsed state.

  • Why can’t I set the default state of the window to collapsed when the page loads. The window is huge! and covering a large portion of my footer.

    Hi, Thanks for reviewing. There was previously a bug with the prominence setting, and to help diagnose, and possibly fix, the issue can you try going to the settings menu and clicking “Edit Chat Plugin” and change the “prominence” to “icon” and click publish, even if it is already set to icon.

    If this doesn’t work, any other details you can provide would be very helpful in identifying a potential bug, such as wether this happens on mobile views or on desktop views and if the setting shows “icon” or something else when you return to it after attempting to change it.
