Homepage refreshes after add to cart 1 quantity of the item became 1 quantity

I have best sellers on the homepage when I added to the cart items from the Best Sellers the homepage refreshes, side cart appears but it adds one quantity so the items selected became 2. But when I added to cart from inner pages or other pages it works fine.
