Change english word

Hi, I fixed the Italian text with POEDIT but I can’t translate some words on my site that I can’t find in the .mo file. One is “read or edit the petition” which I would like to change to “Leggi o cambia la petizione” and the other is “anonymous” which I would like to change to “anonimo”. How can I translate these words inside the petition? Thanks for your help!
