    Hey there!

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thanks,
I understand your post. I am experienced with WordPress and Woo, and did exactly what you suggested on one site before posting. It made no difference.

However, checking all 5 Woo sites today that were having this issue. The issue has resolved without me doing anything.

I love Woo, but with the lack of support for it, I’m now questioning whether it is wise to advise my clients to use it. It took 4 days from my original post in the general Woo support forum before someone told me should post in this forum. Then nearly 2 days before getting your response.

Do you know of a way to get quicker support. Happy to pay for support.

    Thanks.

    Hey again!

    A couple things:

It’s always preferable to us (and better for you) if you create your own thread in the plugin forum rather than a comment on another person’s thread. It will help us more accurately tell who is having what issue and separate ones that look similar but aren’t the same.

However, checking all 5 Woo sites today that were having this issue. The issue has resolved without me doing anything.

This makes it sound like there was a temporary issue with Stripe and the calls to their servers, but it’s sorted now.

Do you know of a way to get quicker support. Happy to pay for support.

If you’d like a quicker support, then the premium support channel at WooCommerce.com will be what you’re looking for.

Any purchase on WooCommerce.com will grant you access to that, and you can get live chat and ticket support there.
