New Register Form

Hello,

My client wants to have a customised registration form whenever a customer signs up to a course. They want to have specific enrolment even if they have purchased a course in the past, each course would have a different intake form.

Is there a way to do this? Even if it was during the payment, or as a separate element after payment?
