Video Embedding Gallery

Guys, i was using a plugin to fetch videos from youtube, however youtube is blocking my videos from most countries for either audio or visual copyright, therefore im going to upload the videos to my own server.

Is there a plugin that imports the videos from a folder, then it allows to edit stuff like tags or organize videos by category So that you can then display a category in a static page and then have all the videos display with shadowbox
