Product Search – show results belonging to only one category

Hi, i’m developing an ecommerce with elementor, hello theme and woocommerce, plus yith woocommerce preorders and yith ajax search.
I’d like to know how to limit the search results to the products belonging to just one category.
That’s not for the /catalog/ page, but for a /pre-orders/ page i’ll create, which will display only preorder products.

How can i make the search box to show results belonging only to the preorder category? Is there a variation in the shortcode
