resending completed emails removes custom header

Hello,

I manage a course booking site and often use the ‘resend completed order’ found on the order pages when customers can’t find their emails, I also use Alex Mustin’s “Woo Custom Emails Per Product” to include course joining instructions to the completed order emails, when I use the resend order email, the custom email header is not sent with it, can you think of anything that may be causing this?
