Fast Cache Issue

    Why would all my internal links of my staging site take me to my live site? Does this have to do with one of the Fast Cache updates? My website is hosted with SiteGround. They have their own caching software. Would I be better with theirs?
    I’m not technical minded and would appreciate some direction.Thank you in advance.
