Would you please open https://tooltips.org ,then in the top menu bar, you will find “wordpress tooltip plugin Support” menu item, just click it to submit a ticket, we will help you to solve it ??

2: We use another form as the support ticket support form, we tested many times, every time it works well and we can received ticket mail always ??
