    Hello,

What filter do you try to display?
Is it price, category or attribute filter?

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Hello,

I am trying to display a attribute filter.
The filter is displayed with a shortcode and the products with the “product” block from Elementor.
Even with the default filter module it doesn’t work.
FYI we have manually created pages for each category. The product module allows us to display products by category and the filter module allows us to filter these products by attribute.
As a reminder, the filter worked with this configuration (and still works on our dev environment).

    Hello,

Price filter will be not displayed on provided page, becuase products has same price.

    1. Check on attribute page -> Configure terms that attribute values has products on Count column.
    2. Try set option Values count and output to All non-empty values are displayed; standard recounting is applied
    3. Try to regenerate WooCommerce Product lookup tables in admin area -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools.

    Regards,
    Oleg

    Hello,

With current info we have it is hard to find the error.

Could you please extend it (a lot)?
Please describe what is that page. Is it custom page? If yes – how are you outputting products there? If it is page builder please name it.
Please provide screenshot of at least 1 filter edit page expected to be shown on the frontend.
Also please provide screenshot of the widgets page where you are adding filter to the sidebar or if you are using other way of showing filters please show it.
Are you importing products or they are added through admin interface?

Any other screenshot you feel could be useful is welcomed.

    Regards,
    Dima

    Hello Dima,

    Thanks for your reply.
We are using Elementor as theme builder.
The category page is made with Elementor (we are not using the WordPress default one).
We are using a shortcode to add the filter to the page.
    See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/ZGB8D1Q
We are using the product Elementor block to display the products from a specific category and the Berocket AJAX Filters is enabled. We are using Woocommerce for the product management.
    See picture here: https://ibb.co/XsnZZDX
As a reminder the BeRocket AJAX Filters work on our dev environment but not anymore on the production environment.
Here you will find a screenshot of the filter settings: https://ibb.co/jwQd7fD

Don’t hesitate is you have any further questions.

Thanks in advance for your answer!

    Kind regards,
