Problems with Paypal

  • I have just started a subscription service on my site. I wanted to try the Free Version first to see how it worked. I enabled Paypal and also Paypal Express on my site. The Paypal subscription renewed, but never showed up as an order in WooCommerce. The Paypal Express ones never renewed at all. If I upgrade, will the subscriptions that were supposed to renew on the 15th, go back and renew or do you have to have your customer go back in and purchase a new one??

    Hi @diymama ,

    the subscription Free plugin only works with Paypal. If the date has already passed, it cannot be renewed,it would have to be done manually.
