Pay Later – orders in pending

    Hi,

    we’ve connected your plugin successfully with PayPal. The Pay Later seems also to work fine.

    But after we checked the order which are paid with PayPal, we see all are on pending. This all are paid with the Pay Later. Is there something we have missed to configure or is there a huge delay from PayPal?

    The problem is, that the PayPa transaction is not linked to the order and because it has the status pending, no invoices were created/sent.

  • Having this issue as well. It seems the plug-in is designed this way. It’s pretty dumb!

    I discovered the problem when I clicked “Pay in 4” but then decided to cancel and change the payment method. When I did that, the item was “out of stock”, but it’s not really out of stock, there is just a pending payment. It’s a massive flaw and I think the best option is to remove the plug-in as it will lose you business. There doesn’t seem to be a fix I can find. If there is, please respond. Thanks!

    Hi @schweizersolutions,

    Please ensure that your webhooks are registered. You can resubscribe through the “Webhooks Status” dashboard in the plugin settings.
    In our testing, the Pay Later orders are properly processed, but this problem you experience may be related to a checkout validation issue that should be resolved with the upcoming plugin update.
    There is no intention to leave Pay Later orders in particular in “Pending payment”, but currently the WooCommerce orders may be created too early in the loop which could result in orders remaining in this status.
